Dux Advisory are a team of accountants and business advisors focused on guiding and supporting people and businesses in the Herts, Bucks and surrounding areas with offices in both Aylesbury and Berkhamsted.
Established for over 40 years, our two offices are made up of over 30 staff ranging from Directors to Managers, Trainees, Apprentices and Placements – all of whom are passionate, dedicated and fully focused on understanding our clients’ requirements which we believe is essential to be able to build good relationships.
Led by a group of owner-managers, the Dux Advisory team are uniquely placed to offer clients accounting advice and solutions to their challenges and problems as we understand what it takes to run a business.

When it comes to our team, we’re passionate about training, developing and guiding the next generation of accountants and business advisors.
We regularly offer placements for university students, and they very often return to us once their degree is complete. We also offer apprenticeships and trainee positions to those wishing to start their career in accounting.
